NoodleBib, a tool that allows you to create bibliographies through the help of web-based templates, is switching from free to fee: "Within the next week, NoodleTools will begin monthly subscription access (subscription rates not yet finalized) to all tools on the site. This will allow us to keep the site running, and our hope is that we will be able to move the site to its own dedicated server, which will provide NoodleTools users with faster, more reliable access to the tools", says the NoodleBib website.
