TheCounter.com, recently launched a Premium Edition for $15.95/year, while retaining a free version. According an email sent from the service yesterday, they are now requiring sites with over 1,000 hits a day to upgrade to the Premium Edition and sites with more than 5,000 hits per day to upgrade to "Super Premium." There doesn't seem to be any word on the site what Super Premium entails (if it's anything beyond more hits) but one might assume higher octane and cleaner valves.
