MultiCity is ending its free services. From the notification e-mail:

"On March 4, 2002, Multicity will end its free service to make room for our newly designed Tool Packages. As a result, your free tool will expire March 4, 2002 if you do not convert to a Tool Package."

Current free service users are offered a 15% discount when they convert from free to Pay service (Expires March 8, 2002).
