NetTrends: Motley Fool message board fees get cool reaction: "Results for the first few days of pay service, and a look through the boards where investors trade gossip and debate the merits and problems of popular investments and investment topics, showed definite signs of life. Internet traffic researcher NetRatings said that visitors to fool.com dropped 13 percent for both home and work users in the week ended Feb. 17, about half of which included for-pay message board service, that began Feb. 14."
