Fantasy Football kicks in(*): Robert Loch provides an example of a successful paying business model: "The Sun in the UK made in excess of $15 million in 4 weeks, by running a World Cup Fantasy Football competition. They charge £10 ($15.3) entrance per side, then £2.50 to transfer a player, 3 transfers allowed after the first round. The also included SMS updates charging 25p per message. Over 700,000 teams participated, and from what I've heard a large proportion of them were from outside the UK."
