McAfee Reports Stronger 2Q Earnings: "McAfee.com's paid-subscriber numbers rose to more than 1.6 million, an increase of about 155,000. The company's average sale per subscriber increased to $33 from $29 in the first quarter. In the first quarter, McAfee.com added 101,000 paid subscribers, for a total of 1.45 million, disappointing investors. It has predicted subscriber adds of 100,000 to 150,000 during quarters like the last two, which didn't see major virus outbreaks."
